It is great that you have this piece of your dad to remember him by. I for one am still very proud to have received a scholarship in his name. I hope I have served the honor well.

I don't think I ever heard this story. What a brave and couragous man. You look so much like your dad, and Bryan even more so. Military courage must run in the family. Memorial day is quickly becoming one of my favorite holidays. We owe so much to those who fight (or have fought) for our freedom. Thanks for sharing this.
